A four-hour performance unfolding in slow motion, revealing choreography through gradual endurance. The work explored various expressions of slowness in response to a world accelerating after a collective pause. Across four sequences the performers moved through sustained actions that stimulated energy and circulation. A continuous Shepard tone composed by Bergur Anderson created a trance-like atmosphere, guiding both performers and audience into a shared state of attention.
